Is it ok to attend just part of the conference?
Yes, you can attend the conference only partially.
What happens if I participate in the social matching, but I am only available during part of the conference time?
This should not be a problem. We will suggest specific times for the socializing meetings, however, if the schedule does not work for you or your group, it is possible to reschedule.
Do you provide certificates of attendance?
We can provide one upon request.
Will the conference contributions be published? In what format?
A conference program with the list of events and speakers will be published on our website. We are not going to publish archival proceedings,o submitting to the conference will not prevent authors from publishing the same work elsewhere. Authors who want their abstracts to be published can opt to have them included in a PDF that will be posted on the conference website.
Is there a submission deadline?
The final abstract submission deadline is April 16, 2021, at 23:59 Anywhere On Earth time. Your abstract can be up to 500 words long. To submit your abstract please use this form.
Is there a registration deadline?
There is no official registration deadline. However, to make sure that we have sufficient technological capacities to accommodate all participants, please register as soon as possible and no later than April 10 to be certain that we can accept your registration. Those who register after that deadline will be able to attend as capacity allows.

What days will the conference be?
The conference will take place from Wednesday, June 9th to Sunday, June 13th, 2021.
What timezone will the conference take place in?
Most of the conference program will take place between 10am EST and 3pm EST (16:00 to 21:00 CET, 7:00 to 12:00 PST). Many talks will also be recorded and available for participants to view at any time after they take place. The conference will not be limited to any particular timezone. Some official events will be scheduled outside the main time window and socializing and discussion events will intentionally be offered to accommodate different time zones.
